1. Button Head Oval Neck Track Bolts
Such bolts are also known as square bolts or rail anchor bolts. These are used to secure the rail joint to the connecting rail. We can customize this bolt; however, it is most popular in ½ to 1-1/8 inch diameters. Galvanized or electroplated to increase durability and ultimately extend the life of the bolt.

2. Rail Spikes
The shape of this bolt is roughly chiseled, with a flat tip, L-shaped head, and a square shank. It is driven with an edge perpendicular to the texture, which provides greater resistance to loosening. The diameter range is mostly 5/16-5/8. Our Spikes are consistent and easy to use and install.

3. Frog bolt (square head)
Frog Bolts are also known as Switch & Frog or Square Head. It is a track bolt used in railway turnouts. Our Frog Bolt is the fastener of choice for our US and UK customers. Diameters typically range from 1 to 1-3/8” or 25mm-35mm. Frog Bolts are high strength and thoroughly machined through our heat treatment, reducing risk and increasing rail safety.

4. Frog bolt (hexagon head)
Hex bolts are a type of track bolts used as part of railway turnouts. Our frog bolts are high strength and fasten to rail frogs to reduce risk and improve rail safety. The length of this part can vary and Kingrail Parts can produce any desired length. The hex head works the same way as the square head frog bolt. These bolts protect the train from collisions and are very durable against the elements. Installation is simple and efficient as our standardized engineering can easily accommodate mating parts.

5. Screw Spikes
Screw spikes are used to fasten ribbed base and tie plates to wooden sleepers and play an important role in railway fastening systems with the help of plastic dowels. In terms of screw spikes specifications, we meet all the different standards for railway tracks. They can be galvanized or black oxide finish. Our in-house tooling can solve any need with lag threads. We customize lengths for any application and still ensure fast delivery.
