Kingrail offers a wide range of railway fasteners and rail fastening systems for rail industry applications.
As a leading rail fastener solutions provider, Kingrail offers rail fasteners such as rail bolts, track spikes, sleeper screws, rail anchors, rail joint bars, pads, rail clips, SKL tension clamps, rail shoulders, etc.
Tie Plates:
Tie plates also known as base plates or sole plates are steel plates used on rails between the flanged T-rails and the crossties. Tie plates increase the load bearing area and keep the rail at the correct gauge.
Kingrail specializes in supplying tie plates such as sleeper plates, base plates, sleepers, rail plates, and has already supplied sleeper plates such as 115RE, 136RE, etc. for the North American market.
Fishplates:
Splice bars or joint bars are metal bars bolted to the ends of two rails to join them together to form a rail.
Some of the fish plates supplied by Kingrail are as follows: AREMA standards such as 115RE, 132RE-136RE series, UIC864 standard UIC60, UIC80 and UIC54 series, BS47-1 standard BS75R, BS60A, BS80A, BS90A, BS100A series, AS standard 90lb/91lb, 50kg, S49 series fish plates.
Rail clips:
The rail clips are used to secure the rails to the underlying base plate.
Kingrail specializes in supplying rail clips such as E-type clips with diameters from 12mm to 20mm, special rail clips, PR series elastic rail clips, SKL series tension clips, Deenik clips, Russian clips, gauge lock clips, fast clips, etc.
Screw Spikes:
A screw spike, rail screw or lag bolt is a large (about 6 inches or 152 mm in length and slightly less than 1 inch or 25 mm in diameter) metal screw used to fasten tie plates or directly to rails.
Kingrail is able to supply Railway Spikes, Railroad Spikes, Track Spikes, Dog Spikes and Screw Spikes in accordance with AREMA, ASTM, GB, BS, UIC standards.
Rail Anchors:
A rail anchor, or anti-creeper, is a spring steel clip that is fixed to the underside of the rail slab and rests against the side of the sleeper to prevent longitudinal movement of the rail due to temperature changes or vibrations.
Kingrail supplies different types of rail anchoring products. Anchoring products are used where the fastening system requires an additional anti-creep device.
Railway anchors are made of rolled steel bars of different sections and are available in various shapes. Once driven into the rail, the railway anchors grip the rail firmly and when resting against the sleepers, they resist longitudinal movement of the track caused by the passage of trains.
The quality parameters of our railway anchors meet international standards and are readily available in large quantities.
Bolts and Nuts:
Rail bolts are also used to secure rails or chairs to sleepers. For flat bottom rails, upper lip washers can be used to clamp the rail edge.
They are more resistant to loosening due to vibration and movement of the rail. They are considered more effective than spikes and screws and are therefore often used in locations such as turnout tie plates and sharp turns.
Kingrail can provide a variety of bolts such as button-head over neck-track bolts, NF F50-008, clamp bolts with BSW thread HS26 and HS32, clamp bolts, and Russian imported bolts.
